That would definitely need a crown to hold the tooth. I can't see how this is cosmetic. Gahment need to change the rules. Filling it is a temporary solution.

If cost is an issue, no choice, got to live with that filling. That filling will erode over time, maybe in 5 to 10 years, so will need to go back to refill.

Without a crown, you need to be careful not to bite anything hard, peanuts or eating crabs can break the tooth. If tooth is partially broken, you must use a crown.

Tks for the advice. I think i'll get it done within 2 years. Meanwhile, i will con't to use my left teeth and avoid hard food.
