Altogether now!!! TIO AH!!!Jiayou, we can hit 20K if we put our minds to it! And pap is glad to help us.
Funny, they should announced the age of the dead ,now keep quiet, must be those of younger age compare to the old

actual figures probably 30-50k, lots of people dont even know they have omicron
death rate more telling but those cheebyes at moh never say age or vaccination status of the deaths

Yup, I concur with your gauge.tiagong plenty of C19 cases within the medical fraternity, in schools and in construction sites.
currently about 1.2K folks in loh kun choo, around 115 need oxygen and around 30 ICU. I’d reckoned the actual infection rate to be ranging around 25K~50K pax per day, with the large majority being asymptomatic, reported cases would naturally fall way below the infection rate.
hopefully Omicron successfully dominate the scene at 99.9%,
So therefore it's no biggie if 95% has no symptomsVery likely that the actual figure is 2 or 3 times the reported number.
Let's day there are 20,000 reported cases. Out of these, almost 95% have mild or no symptoms, meaning that they were reported because they were tested.
Think about all those with mild or no symptoms who did not get tested.
actually there are a lot more Sinkies swarming the clinics and loh kun choo, not all Covided.Very likely that the actual figure is 2 or 3 times the reported number.

Delta or Omicron? From what is gleaned from the reports, HK healthcare is overwhelmed.Just read a report from Hong Kong that they recently announced the death of a 4 year-old and a 3 year-old from covid-19.

How many are dying due to the virus. ? And do they have underlying conditions? Will they have died either way? If yes i don't see wat the big deal is. The wholeworld is suffering due to the over reactionFor those 95%, they are kiasu and kiasee and also because sinkie women (and also some men) are precious spoilt brats since young and they always must have the best immediate medical treatment.
However there are still a number who are dying everyday. So in some cases, they do require attention and precautions.

could well be both points 1 and 2Aren't the kiasu and kiasee sinkies swarming the clinics and loh kun choo becasue:
1. they are well and healthy but are kiasu and kiasee?
2. they want to "get into the system" and be officially covided?
Hope they were given enough ropeThe report didn't specify, but hinted that it could be Omicron, as the report stated that most of the children are infected by Omicron.
IMHO, Sinkie healthcare system is about to be overwhelmed soon, from reading reports of A&E numbers and the numbers you see at the clinics. Thanks to the bumbling yet "all-knowing" MTF.
Every one dies...hk has a 7 million popn. And the fatality rate is .05%. That is 3500 deaths. Even if the fatality is 1%. It is 7k. So be it old or young. Everyone dies. .and let's say the 7000 fatality 6000 is old n infirmed n 1 k is younger and kids...it's still not that big a deal to inconvenience the whole country and whole worldMOH have stopped reporting the ages and underlying conditions of the deceased, but I read a report in HK that just reported the deaths of a 3 year old and a 4 year old from covid. Hence it is alomst certain that there are many who are dying from covid who are young and have no underlying conditions.
As for whether there is an over-reaction and people are suffering, it's probably a matter of degree. I would say no to shutting everything and everyone down and having vaccination differentiations or worse still, legal charges for non-vaccination. I would say yes to continuing caution, wearing masks and encouragement of vaccination (even though their viability and future side effects may still be in question, the data seems to show they do help), contact tracing, more consideration for the sick, elderly and young, and most of all, safe distancing.
IMHO, safe distancing is the best invention since sliced bread.
Between this and the escalating inflation, now you know why they need the Pritam distraction.
