This morning, China customer contacted my boss, seeking to buy up all our N95 export-stockpile. (Singapore PH but it is a working day elsewhere) The vaccine in China didn't work, Guangdong claimed only 10 cases lately but my customer said his relatives in guangdong already 3 out of 6 in single household covided. No way that only his relatives get covided in Guangdong. I heard Taiwan is also severely under-reporting too.

there are both vaccinated and non-vaccinated folks in hospitals, and there are those who needed oxygen supplements.
figures showed that those who needed oxygen supplement included those vaccinated and non-vaccinated folks, i.e. to say they are the serious cases, which in turn suggests that they have high viral loads.
most certainly capable of spreading COVID if they were still out in the streets, if you‘d asked me.
If you can contract the virus, you become a carrier when the viral load in your body passes the threshold.

Then on co-existence, currently for Sinkiestan, we would have to throw the spotlight on our availability on the beds. While HQO may sound like a good idea, the home environment would still be a breeding ground. MOH should have the figures, so is it a wise way forward?

We did well last year, those protocols are sound, with hot zones, cold zones clearly marked out. Only severe cases are transferred to hospitals without overwhelming the healthcare system.

seems like a lot of reports from jiuhu i read is that they get infected and don't know cos asymptomatic and suddenly out the blue extreme tiredness sets in and by then, lungs already in pneumonia state.

Yes, covid counts in china is only applicable tor for those serious cases, with symptoms or imported.
