He was the 32nd patient in Singapore who had died from COVID-19 complications.

The man was warded in TTSH Ward 9D on 22 April, and was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on 30 April. He had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of lung cancer and atrial fibrillation.

The National Centre for Infectious Diseases has reached out to his family and is extending assistance to them.

As of Thursday, 46 of the confirmed cases are linked to the TTSH cluster.

The MOH confirmed 41 new COVID-19 cases in Singapore on Thursday, taking the country's total case count to 61,730. Of them, 27 are local transmissions in the community, of whom 21 are linked to previous cases and six are unlinked.
I think this is a sample of deceitful reporting. He was not vaccinated because of his cancer and atrial fibrillation.
The report makes it out as if not vaccinating is one of the causes.

SINGAPORE — Singapore reported 30 new Covid-19 community infections on Friday (May 21), eight of which have not been traced to any previously reported infections.

The other 22 were linked to earlier cases, said the Ministry of Health (MOH) in a press release.

The ministry did not state which cases these were linked to, but said it would provide more details in its update on Friday night.

Among the community cases, 16 had already been placed in quarantine.

The community cases were among a total of 40 new Covid-19 cases preliminarily confirmed on Friday, MOH said.

The remaining 10 were imported and had been placed on stay-home notices upon arrival in Singapore.

Of the imported cases, eight were returning Singaporeans or Singapore permanent residents.

There are no new cases in the foreign worker dormitories, the ministry added.

These numbers are extremely low if you ask me. Why is it made into such a big issue in SG?

That is 0.03%!

Alberta positive test rate is 1 in 9! 11.1%!
