[COVID-19 Virus] The Sinkies are fucked Thread.

The wife of the ICA officer, a 32-year-old who works as a nurse at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), is also part of the cluster.

Identified as Case 62583, she was placed under quarantine on Apr 28, MOH said. She tested positive for COVID-19 later that day and is asymptomatic.

MOH added that she is not linked to the separate TTSH cluster of COVID-19 infections.

"She does not work in Ward 9D or Ward 7D," MOH said.
This is bad. Hospitals in Singapore usually have stringent SOPs, and yet, there is an outbreak. :frown:

SINGAPORE - An 88-year-old Singaporean woman, who was part of the recently-announced Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) cluster, died of Covid-19 on Saturday (May 1).
The Ministry of Health (MOH) said on Saturday night the woman, case 62573, had been warded in Ward 9D from April 14, and was confirmed to have Covid-19 on April 28.
She had a history of cancer, hypertension, congestive cardiac failure, stroke and hyperlipidaemia.

The National Centre for Infectious Diseases has contacted her family and is extending assistance to them.
Separately, the Ministry of Education (MOE) said that Edgefield Secondary School (EFSS) will shift to home-based learning (HBL) next week, after one of its students tested positive for Covid-19 on Friday (April 30).
MOE said on Saturday the student was last in school on Thursday, April 29, with acute respiratory infection symptoms, and had immediately consulted a doctor
88 years old and with a multitude of ailments, she didn't stand a chance. It was an easy knockout, covid didn't have to work too hard on this one.

RIP dear old woman.

Plain and simple- if the patient is asymptomatic, does taking temperature be of any use?

Case 62686 is a 22 year-old female Malaysia national who works as a spa therapist at Spa 9 (41 Holland Drive).

She developed a runny nose on 28 April and sought medical treatment at a General Practitioner clinic, where she was tested for COVID-19. Her test result came back positive the next day. Her serological test result has come back negative, indicating that this is likely a current infection.

Her case is classified as unlinked, but I bet you that one of the previous confirmed cases is linked to her, but he has not been honest during contact tracing. And MOH must have "forgotten" to check his trace together app or token.

China virus is spreading fast in the hospitals and we cannot discount the fact that it will also spread in the schools.
