「單向免簽掌門人」張景森為免簽不用互惠辯解，說對泰免簽而增加的泰國旅客，為台灣賺進百億元，現在他又要強推越南、印尼免簽，免簽真的是觀光萬靈丹嗎？
從〈觀光收支統計〉來看，並非如此。2017年的觀光外匯收入是3749億元，比2015年的4589億，少了840億元，這就是民進黨上任後，對觀光業造成的傷害！
一年少840億元，這等於是民進黨執政，台灣一年損失三座大巨蛋，五年損失一條高鐵。事實上840億元這個數字還是低估了，因為如果現在是國民黨繼續執政，觀光外匯收入，還會在2015年的基礎上持續成長，不會只是2015年的4589億元。
看報表，為什麼來台旅客人次增加，觀光外匯反而變少？這是因為民進黨只想要粉飾太平，去衝「來台旅客人次」，而根本不管觀光業的實際收入。

陸客消費力高，幾乎已經與日客打平，一個陸客的消費力約等於二到三個東南亞旅客。陸客大幅減少後，民進黨政府想要用「新南向」來彌補，是根本做不到的，證據就是來台旅客平均每日消費，從2015年的207美元跌到2017年的179美元，平均停留夜數也少了0.24夜。
更不用說，單向開放泰國免簽，有些泰國旅客來台不是花錢，而是「非法打工」，來賺台灣人的錢，台灣不賺反虧。監察院指出對泰免簽後，泰人來台犯罪人數狂飆三成；民進黨用「單向免簽」，毫不審核的方式來衝旅客人數，有意義嗎？
如果單向免簽真的是萬靈丹，那現在還有簽證制度的國家，就是冤大頭了。簽證制度涉及國家安全、社會治安，一個旅客來台犯案所造成的社會成本，抵得過一百個旅客的消費，絕對不是像張景森這樣，胡亂敞開國家大門。
更諷刺的是，台灣對泰免簽，泰國卻研擬對台增加470元簽證費；張景森說這樣對台有利，因為會把27.5億原本會到泰國旅遊的消費，留在台灣。那現在泰國不漲了，依張景森邏輯表示台灣損失27.5億，那張景森不用去拜託泰國，堅持調漲簽證費嗎？
凡此皆顯示，張景森聰明不在話下，他為政治利益服務、毫無中心思想更是不用懷疑。民進黨有許多「張景森們」，只想要製造美麗的數字，或者在依當時民進黨的需求，信口開河，見人說人話。

After the drastic reduction of land passengers, the DPP government wants to make up for it with "new south direction". It is impossible to do so. The evidence is that the average daily consumption of tourists from Taiwan has dropped from 207 dollars in 2015 to 179 in 2017. In the US dollar, the average number of nights stayed was also 0.24 nights less.
Needless to say, one-way opening of Thailand is free of visas. Some Thai tourists come to Taiwan not to spend money, but to "illegally work" to earn money from Taiwanese people. Taiwan does not make a profit. The Ombudsman pointed out that after the visa was waived, the number of Thais coming to Taiwan was 30%. The DPP used "one-way visa-free" and did not review the number of passengers. Does it make sense?
If the one-way visa is really a panacea, then the country with the visa system is a big one. The visa system involves national security and social security. The social cost of a passenger coming to Taiwan for a crime is worth more than 100 passengers. It is definitely not like Zhang Jingsen, which opens the door to the country.
More ironically, Taiwan has no visa for Thailand, but Thailand has proposed to increase the visa fee of 470 yuan to Taiwan. Zhang Jingsen said that this is beneficial to Taiwan because it will leave 2.75 billion of the original consumption of tourism in Thailand. Now that Thailand has not risen, according to Zhang Jingsen’s logic, Taiwan’s loss of 2.75 billion yuan, then Zhang Jingsen does not have to go to Thailand, insist on raising the visa fee?
Everything shows that Zhang Jingsen is smart, and he does not have to doubt that he serves political interests and has no central ideas. The DPP has a lot of "Zhang Jingsen", who only want to create beautiful figures, or, according to the needs of the DPP at that time, open their mouths and talk about people.
