Once upon a time, I was a subscriber to two ISPs at the same time, and I have at least two computers at home.
If I wanted to, I could easily log into any forum with different accounts using different computers and different IP addresses, and then post different replies from different accounts within the same SECOND by clicking the "Submit Reply" button at the SAME time using two different mouses, one hand per mouse.
