you have a very important and valid point here.
but it is very difficult to pick up and even screen for a potentially mentally disturbed person.
on the other hand, many mentally disturbed people are doing a great job and they are not suicidal.
why somebody suddenly freaks out and kills himself is still a mystery....genetics do play a part though

there are many mad people running around - especially in this forum.

The same goes for their "limp teh" session, what is the evaluation of the prospective candidates?, that one, of "low caliber" can go in & one with a fondness of "magoes"..and how many have slipped through the cracks??

A Security guard is paid $1,200 - $1,300 & the agencies charge the client $2,500 per guard ( maybe higher now), most are Malaysians living in JB or Johor or Melaka. Those few SINgaporeans that take up the jobs are really "down & out, bite bullet" type or ex SPF bottom of barrel, can't find work..not the scholars etc.
