But can u share what foods to eat to prevent the blood from clouting. Oats for breakfast and dinner? Of cos, i will exercise too.

Healthy foods are fuits & vegetables which are complex carbohydrates.
Many don't know that you can get heart problems from eating too much sugar
It upsets your hormonal balance & the ability of the body to deal with cholesterol.
So avoid all soda drinks . Lots of sugars & calories that's make you fat & susceptible to problems like diabetes & heart problems. When we're young the body might be able to cope but as you grow older the body will be overloaded. Just look at our hospitals filled with uncles & aunties with problems.
Better to eat less processed food . All those canned foods, chips, cookies
contain alot of empty calories, sugars, addiives, preservatives. Avoid them.
The worst foods are those fried foods. Especially damaging is when they use transfats(hydrogenated veggie oil) e.g. the kind that MacD, KFC,..., are using.
If your chubby now, better try to get into the habit of exercising & eating properly. If you don't you'll find yourself adding more as you get older & as a fatter person it's going to be tough
No need to kill yourself exercising,you are not trying to pass PT. What you want to get into the habit of doing it 4 times a week at a moderate pace to exercise your heart from 20min to 30 mins.
