The date indicates you started that particular thread for THAT DAY -- there are other threads started FOR OTHER DAYS. When he merged all those threads, you posted:

We all should take harassments, teasing and attacks on our online personas with a pinch of salt. How many times have we been told not to be too serious about this?

Those who think their online monikers cannot be criticised, abused and defamed need to get real. You are just some pixels behind a keyboard and no one actually knows you in real life. All your posts (some read, some missed) by others can be misinterpreted and actually do not represent your true self. Others have a hazy perception of who you truly are and hence, their responses will be base on that perception. From which you too will also gauge their personality and characters which will also be incorrect.

Scams and cons can happen because of this failure to differentiate between the two. Likewise, there could be friction and quarrels among members because of the inability to know the other persona. There are facets of interpersonal communication which is important that gets lost, such as facial expression, tonal variations and gestures when we communicate only in writing.

I think we all need to take a hard look at his issue and perhaps some lessons can be drawn from our personal experience.

Those who knows me, especially in real life, knows that I'm not this kind of person, but there's a limit a person can take.

As much as I wanted to contribute to this forum, I cant stand having to suck up to owner of the forum and lose my sleep over it. Its the same feeling I left Stomp, if you not happy you leave, this is just a forum anyway.

I do agree with the statement and its a fair comment. I don't make excuses for it. I have no patience for some bunch doing mindless banter with the same silly jokes amongst themselves in a thread that was started to have a good discussion.

i also have no time to give step by step remediation lessons for supposedly adults. After a point, the boots come in. Notice it is the small group which I now call the Royal army. I am sure that you do realise that amongst your fellow soldiers, they have imploded and this has played in this forum.

You guys also thought you had a backstop in the form of the Sultan in view of his unimpeded long reign as the wise one. Anyone not blind can see the servitude and the respect shown to get his protection.

You guys had the TCSS and should have done whatever you did there. Note the Sultan and his expletives. You can take a chap out of the ghetto and dress him up in Versace but you cannot get the ghetto out of him. There are exceptions of course.

To end it all, do you see me chasing after drifter day after day across threads and screwing everyone's reading pleasure. What do you think others think of it. And who do you think keep doing these things.

Well drifter got exposed and then totally embarrassed and had to exile himself after sam's curbing of clones but didn't you use to validate drifter in the past? Why would you chase after him if he was your ally?


Anyway the saga has hardly ended watching with baited breath and pop corn in hand to see the next happening.

Thats ok , but do make allowances for others who are not so serious and like to be light hearted. Ok maybe they ( read me ) were wrong to go beyond a certain extent but the mods are now in place to take care of this.

Why use your mental abilities to come down so hard and harshly on others ?

Not wanting to suffer fools must be balanced by live and let live otherwise you wont be helping much in this forum.
