Its obvious George has read widely esp so on history but what he has been saying is no different from the official CCP line or those of pro China academics.
So where is the value added?
Is he able to bring the West and China together and solve the problems of the 2 opposing world views?
By attacking the West, he is in fact hardening their views and make himself seen as a pro China/CCP supporter instead of being a neutral and impartial observer and thereby negate any useful role he can play in diplomacy between the 2 sides .
