SINGAPORE: Flash floods in Woodlands on Wednesday night (Sep 24) caused some roads to become almost impassable to traffic.
National water agency PUB said the flood in Woodlands Road at the junction of Mandai Road started at about 11.30pm, *and lasted for 45 minutes.
The last time the area was flooded was in June (June 25). PUB said works to improve drainage in the area have been scheduled for the later part of this year.
