Thanks. Petrie is the other condo ppular with doctors. My brother is a doctor in MY and was posted to JB years back, he stayed there and I used to stay over.

Just booked a low floor unit at Capri tower A. :) Pool view as all the high-floor units with Singapore view are taken. Anyway not too sure about the Singapore view too as there is a development right in front of Capri.

Price is on the high side but well, I still see potential in it. Excited about the mega mall. Hope it really pulls in the reputable retailers.

Anyway, still a conditional sales as the developer is waiting for building approval ... hope all will go through.
 
Me too I booked 1unit last month at 20+ floor between RM1000-RM1100 psF after discount,which floor r ur n psF?am concerned about the D area which meant for future development.yes brunsfield is going to block the view,but will at least Hv lake view.excited about the mall too n like the location which not too overly near/too far to spore & nusajaya area n it's waterfront project.similiar waterfront front project some is over RM2000 psF last year.:)
 
Mine is about RM1050 psf at 10+ floor. Yes, I was worried about the blockage too... so just book a pool view unit... If i want to view the lake view, will have to go up to the sky garden...

The location seems good, from google earth, can see that it is just beside the Temasek and CapitaLand Island A2. Hope it will become something like Harbourfront/vivocity/Reflection@Keppel Bay kind of feel... :o

Yes is Penang project,I try to edit the thread earlier but can't save.some smaller unit in iskandar is selling $1400 already example Tri-tower near CIQ.but still can get units at about $400+ at Larkin area.KL price is also at high side now with many project near twin tower going at $3000 psF..but still according to those investor from Taiwan they said this is not even half of psF in Taiwan city area.so if iskandar is really transforming into another best living city,should justify the price now.

Anyone have seen any other project with 10% rebate on downpayment+DIBS?mind to share?Some I know of as below:
10% rebate on down = Capri Residences (10min to CIQ,$1000-$1100 psf,DIBS)
10% rebate on down+10% off listing price=Country garden (5min to CIQ,$900-$1050 psf,DIBS)
8% rebate on down+Rm40k discount on listing price=M Condo (12min to CIQ,$400-$500 psf)
8% rebate on down=Tri-towers (2min to CIQ,$1100-$1400 psf)
10% discount on listing price=Astaka (3min to CIQ,$950-$1050 psf)

Seemed not much diff from first day, but I like Dijaya development. I got one in Tropez and would like to keep it as a weekend house..
