there's no need to mention anything in a rent ad about race or ethnicity. when prospective tenant emails, calls or text, just ask for application to be filled out and a landlord can tell from application what the background is including race and or ethnicity (from the name). in u.s. it's more challenging as many blacks have names similar to whites'. thus, i ask for follow-up with a credit report. even some whites and chinks have sextremely poor credit, including those who have high incums. some are simply recalcitrant, irresponsible, and dishonest when it cums to paying up dues, whether they are rich or not. from the credit report, a landlord can tell whether a prospective tenant is going to be trouble-free.
