That is because he is atas aka charging high fees. Do you think a Range Rover salesman will tell you a Suzuki Vitara is just as good ? In other words, he is selling himself to you.

The opposite true - 昂贵不一定好.

A lawyer is atas because of the law firm he works for, not because of his grades at the university. And to get into an atas law firm, networking is more important than good grades or sound legal knowledge.

Just like their EPF. Any new rules affect only new contributors. Those under previous rules stand.
Cannot anyhow change rules for those who were under previous laws.

They just nid to increase the minimum threshold for foreigners who wish to purchase the properties. Existing non resident owners will be stuck or sell at steep losses.
