My agent drops by regularly to make sure everything is ok. The present tenants are some Canadians. Husband, wife and a daughter who's schooling.

They just nid to increase the minimum threshold for foreigners who wish to purchase the properties. Existing non resident owners will be stuck or sell at steep losses.
