If I rem correctly, it is the same plot of triangular piece of land that is split up into 2 phases to launch. I will check it out this weekend to see what the price will be and whether it has been open for soft-booking.

My friends who were with me last week wer interested in d'Flore & d'Fronde but were informed that the foreign quota is filled for this project. I wonder if there is another new landed project coming up? Foreign quota seems to fill up very fast for BI SP Setia projects.

I was told tt was e last plot for SP Setia there for landed. No more. Only Bestari Heights n possibly Nusa Duta have last few units left. The scarcity makes e price there v robust n good potential for future appreciation. Just getting ready for sharp rise in psf in 2nd half of this year after e 99LH condos n landed r launched.

The Setia condos are all FH. I hear Sky Trees will be launched at much higher prices than the others. Landed is a better bet though, I agree supply seems to be short. HH still has units at The Canal. Semi-d over 2M, clutser and link am not sure.Also a lot more land, I think many precincts havent been launched?Am not very familiar with this location but it looked that way to me based on the masterplan.

HH is quite large and the subsequent launches seem to be getting further and further away from the commercial center (AEON, TESCO, Giant) at Bukit Indah.

According to the sales staff only SkyView buyers can sign S&P but not yet for SkyBreeze buyers (maybe Setia planning to increase their price??).
I got a unit at SkyView 25th floor northeast facing Jusco / future commercial hub and skyline - SkyLoft, SkyTrees, SkyBreeze, Sky Executive all within the view.

Just to check, did you hear this from SP Setia staff? Is it more or less conformed? Seems ahead of the mkt. I would think anything more than 700psf is just way too high.

Agree.. buyers buy like vegatables in market. So of course developers start to get greedy too.
