Sukrah Carena was born in 1963 in the Malaysian province of Negri Seramban. She is a descendant of a long line of accupuncturists and herbalists.

Her great grandmother was a local Chinese physician who specialized in treating children. She was renowned for her ability to treat almost all child-related sickness whereby no child who came to her was left uncured.

Her mother, a Taoist preacher, has also imparted her skills in cupping therapy, scraping therapy, food cures and herbs over the years.

Inspired by her mother's heritage, Sukrah Carena decided to further her knowledge of the ancient healing arts.

Her paternal grandfather was asthmatic, grandmother was diabetic, her aunt had liver cancer, and her father (still living) had colon cancer some 20 years ago.

All of these medical issues found relief through traditional medicine.

Starting with her two children who were born asthmatic, Sukrah began to apply her family's age-old remedies to healing those closest to her.

i watched the exchange between ah heng and slyvia, i feel that he lacking gentlemen manners when he "look stare look stare" at her.

i received this in my whatsapp:

I watched Heng Swee Keat's speech on television and I have also read his speech care fully in the Straits Times. In principle, I agree with him that in view of the High Court's findings and until WP mps clear their names, Sylvia Lim and Low TK should recuse themselves from any financial responsibilities relating to AHTC. The underlying considerations are honesty, integrity and accountability which we as a people and government value highly.

By the same yardstick, are the pap themselves above reproach?

When Dr Lee Wei Ling publicly accused her brother, lhl, of Abuse of Power and as a honourable Head of his Government, as a citizen, I ask why didn't lhl step down temporarily until he clears his name? Next, when Keppel O&M was fined US$422 million in the United States as part of a global settlement for corruption, did the relevant senior people at Keppel O&M and/or Keppel Corporation step aside or lose their jobs as a result? Also, over at AMK town council, did any of the 6 pap mps headed by lhl step aside when Victor Wong, AMK town council's former general manger pleaded guilty to corruption charges that resulted in much of the town council's funds being lost due to their collective negligence and/or incompetency? And not forgetting, the famous AIM case in which large amount of public funds were wasted. Did the 3 pap directors of AIM step aside until full and satisfactory investigations were concluded?

We must never forget that Singapore is our collective home and not a farm where animals are equal but some animals are more equal.

In the true spirit of honesty, integrity and accountability, we must never, never tolerate or practise double standards or fall short of any of those values that we profess as precious to us as a people and as a government. Think.

I thank you all for reading my post again.

Certainly, this is one of the dumbest post I have seen in a long time here. Similar in vein to Stuffycunt's stupid posts..

A leader with great oratory skills hold you mesmerized for hours. And you leave walking on air, and preparing to take the world on.

So clever!! aboslutely spot on! Ya lor can't expect much from all these ex-police scholar types hor?

Kong hee leaves many in ecstasy, he should be PM

I think he slept well - for them, it has been an excellent session. I mean, he spoke for 65 minutes!
For something which could have been communicated in less than 10 minutes, and then put the pressure
on WP to answer questions.
Instead, he used words like "I am confused" by the comments of Sylvia and Pritam. Sylvia had to re-state
clearly to him. The "debate" had him coming across as a JC schoolboy making points for which he had no
complete grasp of.

Am i the only one that can see that Heng has not recovered fully at all from his stroke. It appears that he has still some brain damage from it. A rambling 65 min speech that could have been summed up in 10 mins, on top of bumbling around, and unsure of himself indicates to me not all his mental faculties are there. He wasn't like this before his stroke. Is such a jackass mentally fit for PeeM. Is Pinky so desperate that he needs to put some one in as a seat warmer who is mentally impaired?

Healthy may be red one have to wait longer.

How well did Heng and the 4G leaders communicate in parliament? Heng provided a summary of how the saga unfolded. Then things got a bit complicated when Heng sought an adjournment on whether the motion was improper (whether discussing the matter was sub judice). But, at the initial exchanges, Heng appeared unsure when Lim and WP MP for Hougang Png Eng Huat asked for specific clarifications. The other three 4G leaders (Indranee Rajah, Edwin Tong, Desmond Lee), who were former lawyers, communicated more confidently in the exchanges. Edwin Tong came across as one of the stronger performers with a good soundbite, “This is wrong at so many levels. Even a child knows you don’t ask the fox to guard the chicken coop, or a wolf to watch the sheep.”

the biggest case of conflict of interest is staring right at them in the face and not one minion dares to bring it up. and that is an unelected spouse of an empress running a sovereign wealth fund which invests in foreign cuntries and wielding sextreme influence and persuasion in how foreign affairs policies are thought out and implemented. the fund is not only an investment tool but also a foreign policy quid pro quo tool. and it doesn't stop there. whatever deals and agreements they make with foreign cuntries also have implications for domestic policies and impacts. start from there, and all the holies of holies with brim stone and fire and righteous indignation can shut the fuck up for being the biggest perpetrators of "double standards".

And yet the quiet party as elected representatives say nothing about it

They know Familee is an albatross hanging around the PAP neck. WP is in no hurry to rid opponent of their burden. So tell me, do you still think the codriver is on your side or your back side?
