simple ideas to conduct safe GE. 1) advanced voting for 1 week prior to the GE to reduce the long queues on voting day. 2) voting not compulsory for this GE. how to hold rallies if the election is held within several months ? the PAP surely can't ban ground campaigning and say just do it online.
Circular argument right? They will never get experience if they dont get into office. Anyway 1G leaders also had no experience in government but they did well enough.
Their track record from work experience should be sufficient. CCS also has no experience with negotiating international business deals.
