so we have first world airport, sea-port, first world parliament but data is 2010~2019 ?
for data dated 2019, means you may need 3~6 months to confirm and release the data which means the last data dated is 2019-Jan ?
so if WP point out certain issue the PAP can say present data shows good result but data not yet available and pls wait for me to provide you the data later ?
forever the data given to WP is back dated, how to debate the policy and how to come up with suggestion (anyway it is not the duty of the opposition to provide sound suggestion or policy as those vote opposition into parliament is to question the ruling's party bad policy and point out the not that good policy)
