南韓前總統盧武鉉自殺身亡的消息，持續在南韓震盪，不少民眾傷心難過也忿忿不平，反對派更指責李明博政府逼壓，要為盧武鉉的死負責；外界預料，南韓政壇烏雲罩頂，可能將掀起大風暴。


首爾的大漢門外，頻頻拭淚的人潮不斷聚集，在盧武鉉的遺像前，人群獻上白菊，跪拜號哭，不能接受盧武鉉走上絕路的事實。


迎棺的行列綿延數里，家鄉父老哀痛欲絕，不捨跟悲憤的情緒蔓延，代表李明博前去致哀的南韓總理，直接遭到憤怒的民眾阻攔，只能離去。


以清廉革新獲得民心的盧武鉉，曾經是民眾眼中最堅忍的鬥士，人權律師出身的他，帶領過弱勢團體跟當年的集權政府抗爭，一次又一次，從來不曾退縮或倒下。
誰也沒料到，卸任後，盧武鉉本人跟親信與家人，涉入貪污弊案，愧對支持者的羞恥心，成了壓垮盧武鉉的最後一根草。民眾：「他過世的消息太可怕了，我不敢相信。」


盧武鉉的部落格也塞爆哀悼的留言，在野人士更指控李明博政府，透過調查盧武鉉的貪污案打擊反對黨；首爾街頭，盧武鉉的支持者，也把怒氣發在李明博的政府，跟警方發生衝突。


為了避免引起更大的動亂，南韓政府打算以隆重的國葬儀式，來安葬盧武鉉，檢調單位也立即停止貪瀆案的調查，但是，盧武鉉只求歷史還他清白。

南韓前總統盧武鉉二十三日跳崖自殺撼動南韓政局，分析家認為，盧武鉉之死恐引發民間對李明博總統及執政陣營的強烈反抗。


據韓國先鋒報報導指出，自由派陣營指控李明博政府企圖透過調查盧武鉉貪瀆案來打擊反對黨。假如因盧武鉉自殺所引發的民怨演變成大規模示威，李明博政府將再度陷入危機。去年南韓爆發的反政府示威長達兩個月，就曾造成政府癱瘓，李明博本人也被迫道歉兩次，並撤換多名政府官員。


韓國先鋒報報導說，反對黨、運動人士與工會組織等原本就不斷抗議李明博政府政策圖利富人與權貴，並指控李明博政府違反了人權及媒體自由。


分析家擔心，被視為照顧弱勢、支持人權與公民社會自由象徵的盧武鉉自殺，將使南韓社會這兩股互相抗衡的政治勢力進一步鬥爭，造成社會嚴重對立。


南韓政治人物也紛紛對盧武鉉之死可能引發的政治風暴表示憂心，右派小黨自由先進黨主席李會昌就說，盧武鉉之死不應該再造成人民衝突與對立，而應成為全國理解與和解的轉捩點。


在野的民主黨則毫不掩飾對執政陣營的憤怒，發言人金裕貞就表示，人民與歷史會明白究竟是誰、是什麼原因造成盧前總統悲劇性地結束生命。


據 韓聯社報導指出，儘管南韓法務部表明已結束對盧武鉉的調查，但在野黨堅稱朴淵次醜聞根本是李明博政府針對前執政黨所展開的不公正調查，預料民主黨將加強對 執政黨的攻擊，可能要求對同樣捲入涉貪案的李明博親信展開全面調查，甚至立即進行特別檢察官參與國政調查等，促使全案案情繼續升高。


韓聯社 報導說，雖然全斗煥與盧泰愚等前總統過去均曾因秘密資金而在卸任後遭到拘捕，前任總統淪為階下囚在南韓並不稀奇，但像盧武鉉這樣在面對檢察官調查時選擇自 殺了結一生，卻是史無前例。報導中指出，政界普遍認為，盧武鉉去世事件潛在的爆炸性影響，將使南韓未來政局發展難以預測，因此南韓政界二十三日一整天氣氛緊繃。


青瓦台接獲盧武鉉自殺消息後，立即由總統室室長鄭正佶主持緊急會議，李明博總統也在邸聽取相關消息彙報，正在澳洲訪問的大國黨領袖朴?太也取消後續行程，將於二十四日緊急返國。

從貧農之子、人權律師、政治新星到青瓦台主人，原本形象清廉的盧武鉉，卸任後竟步上與數位前總統相同的貪瀆與遭司法調查的後塵；但相較於雙雙入獄服刑的全斗煥與盧泰愚，盧武鉉這位南韓第十六任總統卻選擇踏上一條無法回頭的不歸路，以最激烈的方式結束一生。


人權律師 出身貧農之家


今 年六十二歲的盧武鉉，一九四六年八月六日生於慶尚南道金海市峰下村一戶窮困人家，在三男二女中排行老么。他自釜山高中畢業後便放棄升學，三十歲時靠自學通 過司法資格考試成為法官，不久後轉任律師，並在政治上找到舞台。盧武鉉在一九八○年代致力為受到當時全斗煥軍事政權壓迫的勞工與學生爭取權益，還曾為此入 獄，但也逐漸打響人權律師名號。


一九八八年，盧武鉉在前總統金泳三的推舉下躋身國會，並在審判全斗煥前政府不當行為的國會聽證會上，以初生 之犢不畏虎之姿重砲抨擊獨裁與質詢證人，其改革者的形象自此深植人心。盧此後在政壇平步青雲，儘管曾在競選國會議員時吃過敗仗，但也曾入閣出任海洋水產部 長官。二○○二年，盧武鉉憑藉年輕選民的支持拿下四十八．九％的選票，順利當選總統。


其當選在當時被視為民心思變之兆，可望為南韓政壇帶來新氣象。盧就任後宣示以將南韓打造為東亞經濟兼科技中心為己任，並將延續前總統金大中的陽光政策，透過和平對話化解北韓核武危機。然而，隨著他未能落實結束區域政治、遏止不斷攀升的房價、讓南韓更具競爭力，民意支持度漸走下坡。


曾赴平壤 與金正日峰會


盧 武鉉上台一年後便被南韓國會以違反選舉法、親信收賄與經濟崩潰三大理由提出彈劾，成為南韓首位遭國會彈劾的總統。在南韓憲法法庭做出彈劾案無效的宣判後， 暫時下台的盧武鉉復行視事，並率所屬政黨贏得二○○四年國會大選。二○○六年的北韓飛彈試射導致盧武鉉的北韓政策飽受抨擊，但他仍不願放棄與北韓接觸，並 於二○○七年親赴平壤與北韓領導人金正日舉行峰會。


此外，南韓與美國簽訂自由貿易協定、改革南韓選舉制度以及讓總統負起更大責任等成就，也 被視為盧武鉉的政績。高麗大學教授崔真（譯音）指出，盧武鉉在藉由削減保守媒體與財閥的權力來打破政治人物與傳統掌權者之間根深柢固的關係上功不可沒，但 他在經濟方面的失策也是不爭的事實。


二○○八年二月卸任後不久，盧武鉉便傳出在位時曾透過包括妻兒與幕僚在內的第三者收受來自商界數百萬美元賄 款。盧武鉉否認涉案，並表示不認為這些鉅款是賄賂，以為只是投資。今年四月三十日，以「嚴以律己寬以待人」為座右銘的盧武鉉從老家金海市搭車前往首爾大檢 察廳接受訊問前，特別在家門前當眾向在場媒體與死忠支持者「愛盧會」成員鞠躬道歉，表示自己「實在無顏面對國民，讓各位失望深感抱歉」。

前立委林濁水批評陳水扁，並且以「羞恥心」拿陳水扁與盧武鉉對比。對此，北所指出，對外界的資訊，陳水扁有 訂閱報紙而且可以透過掌上型電視、收音機獲悉消息。
