Bought resale HDB, loan shark disturb!

My brother bought a resale HDB at Pasir Ris from a Malay family! He moved in the flat in May 08.

Before he bought it, he acutally made a point to check for tell tale signs whether the seller has any loan shark problem or not. He couldn't find any so he bought it.

Now, he has enountered 4 different loan sharks disturbing his family. They wrote on his flat's lift and also splashed paint on his wall.

He spoke to 2 of the group and even directed to his agent and also seller's agent. But seems that another 2 group surfaced after that. He also made police reports. He is now kind of helpless!


According to the loan sharks, the ex-owner (the father of the house) borrowed money from the Ah Long recently, using his NRIC with his old address (my brother's address).

Now the arse hole keep borrowing money from different loan sharks and my brother keep getting disturbed from loan shark!!

Dunno how!! I can arrange for pai kia to hammer the idiot but also no use, cannot find his address!! Chex Byyyyyyyeexxxx.

If he has not filed for a new address, I will paste hin next of kins' address...i.e. brothers, sisters etc....malays always have many.

Then you can call the loan sharks and let them know.

Also, I am sure you or your agents would have made a copy of his ic. Paste his photo here as well.

I am very digusted with such kind of low lives causing problems to the innocent.

Since your brother have bought the flat from a Malay. I take it as you are Chinese. Why don't he put something like a Cross to show he is a Christian or paste those papers to show he is a Buddhist on the front door to make it know to the loan sharks its the wrong house.

Yes we are Chinese. Good idea. But those Ah Long runners may not care. After all, some of these runners get paid for everything assigment they have done. So they literally heck care! Beside, many are those Chow Ah Beng who do not bother to do much thinking!
