Why do u need valuation from bank for project from developer? Unless u are buying open market subsales.
 
Wonder why its take quite a while for fully sold?

We end up pull out the deal due to low valuation from the bank.

About 170 units >$1 mil RM each. Very impressive feat to be almost fully sold within 6 months of launch. Bank will match the valuation from the developer. You must be trying to buy subsale from agent, and the agent could have provided wrong info to you.
 
Who's going to pay RM100K more than early buyers? In fact bestari heights prices have increased several times since launch... I would look at other areas with better value :)
 
If u can find. Many new clusters r going for more than $400 psf.
 
Anyone been over there to see the progress?

Row 1 is fixing up windows, and I expect them to be fully completed in Jan 2014. My estimations of completion:

tis developer cloned e same type of hse in 3 places. :p guess.

Yes. Cut cost. But it was really quite cheap given e land size. It is quite boxy but inside is spacious with no dead corners.

Was told by KSL that TOP for phase 2 could be as early as August 2014....
