Anyone currently live phase 1 yet? The security dont seem to be very secure. Even my 5.4 ft wife said she can climb over the comical brick fences.
And who design the security entrance? This is the first security entrance we've ever since locate on the left side. Normally the security hud is in the middle, so they can serve to both side of the barrier instead of the car driver have to get out of the car and get run over by the other side's cars.
This comical design for e security hub is also found in many condos in Singapore. Already highlighted e fence issue w KSL as a group. C how it goes.
Really? Been to a lot of Condos in Hillview, Kovan, etc. Never seen it before though.
