there's nothing like shucking your own oysters. but seems like siam lor oysters should have more flavors, from rich minerals, deposits (and human waste) of warm waters and the tropics. nah, when it cums to oysters i prefer pristine cooler waters away from civilization and pollution. :p

Surprising have Not tried the thai ones (we talking about shell variety here)....the best I’ve tasted are the NZ ones. 3 cheers for boss Sam!

yeah, the bluff oyster festival in nz is always sold out before i blink. must plan for it next may if it's not sold out by february.
