Benjamin Lim Thread

Re: There are still many unanswered questions on Benjamin Lim case

The question is why did the SPF acted so strong-handedly.
The SPF is run by scholars ...they are the best brains in the country ...and they can't even think of better procedures?
It is the attitude of these elites ...there is NO consideration for the less beings.

Yes the police and govt should constantly review and improve their procedures. No need to wait for trigger like little India riot and this case to do so. Using 5 officers also seem inefficient.

Re: There are still many unanswered questions on Benjamin Lim case

I think the government was quite even-handed in wanting legal process to take its course. but the court of public opinion prematurely tilted their hands. if there weren't such heated debate and misinformation being sowed on the net, they would have stayed their hand.

Maybe their Public Relations skills weren't so good, hence the screw-up.

Here we are talking about 2 victims - an 11 year old gal and 14 year old boy. these are the real issues.

Sometimes I'd wish they would show us the video that could conclusively demonstrate it was Benjamin who touched the gal in the lift; this might turn the tide of public opinion from sympathy for Benjamin to one of revulsion, but I guess the police can't do that.

More at The Benjamin Lim Case: I guess nobody wins.

That is not the point. Minors being who they are, some say with limited capacity for cognition, should they be handled the same way as adults? Was he a flight risk? A belligerent juvenile delinquent? Whether he is guilty of the offences is simply a red herring. Sinkies are so easily distracted, my gay mongrel jw5 is smarter.

Re: There are still many unanswered questions on Benjamin Lim case

So, what is wrong with that. In the real democracy, this is called check and balances. An independent committee would have be set up to investigate the boy's death. Do you see one being formed?

A Coroner's Inquiry whose actions are governed by the Coroners Act and which would have been held in open court had the boy's father not requested for it to be held in private, will be held. Which part of this do you not understand???

No need to rant self-righteously here over the death of a 14 year old who you obviously do not give a fuck about were it not for the fact that you and your ilk thought you could flay the PAP government with it.

I hope you will offer yourself as witness to all the shit you have spouted. It will help bring closure to the family of the deceased.

Re: Why does WP MP allow Shamu to deflect the issue?

Anybody who has a passing knowledge of this case knows there is no ang chia and handcuffs. You not very bright to take things literally. That's why SOP must be written for people like you, otherwise nothing ever gets done in government and uniformed groups.

It suddenly becomes figurative language when you are caught red handed dishing out lies and misinformation. If not, you and your ilk are quite happy for people to accept the literal meaning of the rubbish you and your ilk spout, isn't it?

That's how all the rubbish about handcuffs used, offence committed on school grounds, police cars, etc came about, isn't it?

Re: Why does WP MP allow Shamu to deflect the issue?

The debate on SBF is so much better than our communist parliament.

With your dazzling intelligence you have displayed and highly intelligent arguments you have put up in all your inane postings and replies over the years, I can't help but agree with you.

Re: There are still many unanswered questions on Benjamin Lim case

Why should we take the statements of the authority as true? The onus is on them to prove it.
People's mistrust of the authority is well placed. The PAP has screwed us for 5 decades.

In true democracy, a third party is called in to investigate. SPF can call in the Australian police to investigate.

You have been ranting endlessly about "foreigners" working in this country and you now suddenly want a foreign police force to work in this country to check on our local authorities???

Re: There are still many unanswered questions on Benjamin Lim case

SPF contributed to his death with the way they handled Ben. Call in a third party like the Australian Police to investigate if SPF has nothing to hide.

There's will be a Coroner's Inquiry. Offer yourself as a witness and help bring closure to the family with whatever evidence you have.

Re: Why does WP MP allow Shamu to deflect the issue?

Put these ministers in a democracy, and they would be toast. So much for your competent government. You pay them the highest salary in the world and they produce, at best, results that are no better than lesser paid governments. You have been conned and you still like more of it.

Are you fucking blind??? Are you not able to read my signature???

Re: There are still many unanswered questions on Benjamin Lim case

Speaking from personal experience, it is so easy for people to make all sorts of wild allegations to destroy someone. The onus should be the one doing the wild allegations to prove. Not the official who have to busy clarifying and proving all sort of lies are false allegations. If not, the society become lawless with wild allegations freely made against people without any basis.
agreed absolutely fatfugs, but when you gave amazing and thought-provoking advice like "can exercise and loose weight" in the thread where a shitskin lumpalard thought she was attractive, society becomes lawless when a fatfug like you can deny a simple statement in a forum, so don't talk about wild allegations. go refer to that thread where you got caught out, slimeball......

Re: Sinkie man inciting and threatening to do harm to the 5 police officers arrested

I still waiting for school CCTV showing they were plain cloth officer n no tees with police marking. I don't think another kid would lie.

The school CCTV is critical piece of evidence that would help to clear any doubts about the police in plainclothes and unmarked car (their definition of plainclothes and unmarked car may be different from ours)
and yet up till now we haven't had a chance to view them.

Sham contradicts himself when he said that its a very minor thing, then why did the idiotic SPF have to send 2 patrol cars and five cops.
This would give the impression that some of the cops were there just for their paedophilic fix.

Based on Sham statement, it seem that the SPF actions were redundant, the spf could have simply called the parent to bring him in for an interview.
Why need for all the wayang?

Semaj2357 has been caught repeatedly cannot understand simple English. He should go read that thread and improve his English before hurling abuse on others as a self entitled bully. Stop lying! I did not deny my statement but I do not agree I am giving advice to fat people. I told him I said before fat people can always lose weight - in fact i am the one highlighting it to him as a proof to him that i am not biased protecting fat people - as he was calling them names dafatfug lumphaturd. And since then he insisted I am giving advice to fat people to lose weight and I am not following my own advice because I am fat.

Understand his stupidity and poor English now? First, he claimed he don't know me but insisted I am fat. What kind of logic is this? Liar logic. I told him I am not fat and he refused to believe. Second, I told him I am not giving advice to fat people but merely proving to him I am not biais protecting fat people, he said I am giving advice. You see how ridiculous the whole thing is? I can understand the frustration of the police facing people who don't believe them with absolutely no basis, making all the wild allegations.

This CI will be no different from the Shane Todd CI. The verdict has already been finalized. It is all wayang.

Can you see beyond black and white? The typical sinkees can't and I guess you are just one of them.
Which country would allow foreigners dominate? Only sinkapore. If you can't understand why we are against foreigners stealing the livelihood of our fellow citizens, god help our country. I digress.

Asking the Australian Police to conduct an impartial investigation of the SPF is not asking them to work here. Gosh, you are definitely stupid. Sorry, I have to be blunt.

The lies were made by your minister, Shamu. He has no guts to repeat those defamatory allegations outside Parliament.

With so many corrupted officials in the Civil service, SDCF, SPF and even in the CPIB... et al
what kind of Justice can Singaporean expect.
Even the American family did not trust them.

Only the daft 70% and the faceless PLP, faceless as in the PAP don't even noticed them and their PLP efforts.
It just their self delusional thoughts and kaykianglism

Re: There are still many unanswered questions on Benjamin Lim case

No YAWN to bullies but YAWN to victim. That's justice for you Singaporean style. That explains PAP ruling another 100 years.

Re: There are still many unanswered questions on Benjamin Lim case

A PAP Porlumpar whose self delusion is beyond stupid.
Even the grassloot volunteers are smarter, they get recognitions and perks.
