Yes, maybe. The problem with the hyperactive student is always there and the bigger problem is that the school has chosen to just 'live with' the problem child-student. The innocent [or naive] and untrained relief teacher surfaced out the problems, and in his own way, acted in the interest of the other students. His intention was noble although inappropriate in the eyes of the parents, school and society, represented by the judge. The solution taken to punish the 'aggressive' untrained and unqualified relief teacher was the easiest and fastest way out. Case closed. Everyone is happy except the poor ex-relief teacher and his family members. Case closed?
