Well, seems the flood prone areas are also the best n most expensive plasces to live in. Go figure.
 
Noticed the topography of the land tip or is slanted inwards, that is water tend to flow back towards land from the Southern side , spreading towards more to the Eastern and then to the West?

Look at the map closely and connect the dots. Does it look like the N/S , E/W and NEL routes for the smrt trains?
