I've a mild case of gout, no pain at all and no medication, but sometimes I can feel the gout in my big toe.

I think drinking boil green papaya and organic green tea helps. It also doesn't taste bad, can consume it often like a health drink to reduce uric acid.
Currently I've restricted myself to drinking alcohol on special occasions like CNY and parties, but looks like I can start drinking a bit more now.
