If the PAP is clean, there is nothing to discredit. There are plenty of questions that were not addressed in the inquiry ...they just decided to sweep them under the carpet and focus on their theme, that Shane Todd committed suicide. A fair inquiry would explore all angles. This didn't happen.

The PAP does more nasty things that you know.
