Just my 2 cents. Let's say the pap implement it's fake news law. N we all know pap is the biggest purveyor of fake news in the country. So if the pap is caught out in one of its fake news. How will the law be used against the pap? Won't this make it worse for them? For example the Swiss standard of living issue etc?
