The problem isn't the PAP. The problem is the sinkies. The solution to the problem is to replace sinkies with better specimens. It does not matter who does it as long as it is done.

India ah neh and local indian can easily tell them apart. Not just from accent, there is alot of difference from looks to dressing to behaviour. Just a little interaction can tell even for the dark skinned ones and even when the accent is not obvious.

I agree. Old sinkee indian doctors from the colonial era are very strict and professional. They get angry when their younger collegues don't exercise the professional standard as expected of them. But the current Indians from northen india are mostly wayang.
Yeah I think there are many. I went only a few times and got allocated them three times. One light and two dark skinned ones. All incompetent. One even chat on the phone during consultation, very unprofessional.

Not the same means not the same. Singaporeans are alot nicer and more tolerant than the Ah nehs and PRC in every way. Even the uneducated elderly in Spore are nicer than the similarly uneducated PRC and ah neh elderly. Just look at those PRC elderly collecting cardboard that the local elderly are complaining and you know the difference.
