The only Singaporeans not benefitting from our economic growth are the lazy uneducated retards and those who stubbornly chose to support the third class useless Opposition.

SINGAPORE: Singapore may draw a lot of flak at times for over-emphasising on economic performance.
But at the National Day Rally on Sunday night, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said growth is not just about abstract numbers, but also about creating opportunities for Singaporeans and improving lives.
One of the shining examples highlighted by Mr Lee in his address was 58-year-old Arumugam Jeyapal.
With just two years of vocational training after completing his primary school education, Mr Arumugam said he had never imagined that he would one day be a mentor to yard-crane operators.
The container equipment specialist with PSA Corporation now takes home about S$3,000 a month – a substantial amount to him, considering that he used to earn S$250 as a prime-mover driver 30 years ago.
"PSA gave me the opportunity to upgrade and re-train. Now, I'm a trainer for new crane operators," he said.
Mr Arumugam, who values education, is proud that all three of his children have either graduated or are undergoing tertiary education. One of them is a lawyer, the other is a soccer coach, and his third child is a trainee teacher.
