Together with the God of Fortune (Cai Sheng Ye 财神爷), MP Pritam Singh gave out mandarin oranges at Blk 630 Bedok Reservoir Road (Market & Food Centre) and the neighbourhood shops and coffeeshops. Residents were also treated to a carnival-like atmosphere with calligraphy demonstrations and caicarture drawing at booths around the market.

Received valuable feedback from some residents about block/lift related issues, for which I was grateful to have had an opportunity to share the Aljunied-Hougang Town Council's plans on the matters raised. Moved over to our private estate later and was lucky to bump into some old friends, and Midnight The Great Dane! A great day so far, and now, off to Hougang's CNY celebrations!
