Serious Age 40++ advice needed

Absolutely my working out routine involve setting up my 40x telescope on the corridor landing and try to glimpse any changing and showering over the next block. The adrenaline of seeing something and not getting caught and lugging the heavy gear keep me fit and pulse racing.

Go try.

Sex drive also downhill. One shot and that’s it whereby last time can straight away hantum second shot.

Any serious advice from bros here ?
I have the same problem. Look at XMM also can't be bothered. Solution is to find joy in things that don't need youth. So things like expanding the mind, finding spirituality, enjoying nature. The last one is quite underrated,

You have a good life. If your career is threatened for example your sales figure don't meet expectation you will be too busy to think of such mundane things. Every month end I worry about my screws, now I having my holiday and today is 29th I damn worry. So count your blessings, keep yourself busy.
?? you so successful still need to worry about quota?? :o-o:

Don't let the naysayers in this thread get you down.

The best years of my life have been from 45 onwards.

I'm now fitter, healthier, leaner and happier than I was in my 20s and 30s. The reason is simple and it is because I got my priorities right after periods of confusion and self doubt in my younger years.

And the notion that sex will invariably go downhill is absolutely false. In order to function well sexually there are two essential elements that need to work in tandem and they are your testosterone levels and your artery health and both these aspects of your overall health can be taken care of with just one activity which is regular exercise!

If you ask me today what is the most important activity that I perform as part of my regular routine it just has to be my daily workout.

Why else do you think I constantly try to get commuters out of their cars and into cycling. It's because it will transform their lives immensely with far better outcomes than winning Toto.

If you need more detailed information just let me know and I can point you in the right direction.

great advice!

Can start by taking some vitamins such as zinc fish oil and lso vitamin b, like sam said exercise if possible 2 sessions of 20 mins a day can always do calisthenics at home...also try to eat less processed food and visit the hawkers less...as for drive I would say try to continue one whereby u hd the passion for when u were young may even turn it into a biz

Hi guys ,

I’m approaching late 40s and I find it very obvious that my inner drive and motivation level has dipped.l considerably. I still have the hunger and desire to do well in life but the mental part cannot keep up, even for concentration level. Anyone of you experienced this post 40s and how do you overcome it.

I get the STRONG and DRIVEN feeling back whenever I finish a long work out when the endorphins level is high. How to sustain such positive and driven state ? Any useful supplement for that ?

Your advice is greatly appreciated!

Cheers

SR.
Soylen Green for 40 n above is the best. Human lifespan was about 40 yo in the good old days. N now humans live longer with a poorer quality of life..n growing old is a sin. So why live longer n suffer?

Sam leong will recommend the P-shot for men, and O-shot for women to revitalise the sex drive.

I forgot to add that it is important to also have a hobby in order to stimulate yourself mentally. If you're having problems concentrating it's probably because you're bored with what you're doing currently so your mind starts wandering. It can be brought back into sharp focus when you concentrate on something that you enjoy and which motivates you.

Meditation is also an important component of happiness. You can learn just by subscribing to apps like Headspace or Calm. I have both. I was skeptical initially but I have found that these sorts of apps actually help. All you need is constant practise.[/QUOTE

The best advice regarding testosterone is from WebMD. Forget all the commercial crap of testo building pills and herbs. There is no clinical data to back up the claims that these snake oil peddlers make on various websites. Being obese is the biggest killer of testosterone so anyone who has too much fat should have "losing excess pounds" at the top of their "to do" list.

For mental sharpness I follow the "use it or lose it" mantra. Our brain is a form of muscle and in order to keep alert it needs new challenges. Do you have a hobby that you are currently involved in or is there one that you have always dreamed about taking up but have made excuses for yourself that you don't have the time?
