Pre covid ferry rebate rolling give NN chip, now is win lose also take back the chip very smelly, means still paying full fare roll 500 is for a chance win back 50.

Last time anytime want go just call give name pp number easy peasy last minute also can now is have to book online with email, some old folks may not be tech savvy no email or dont know english how to book can still call in but pay 20 extra leh, booking is a hassle.

Previously can ferry up both side from TMFT or HF, now have to go all the way to the birds dont lay eggs only TMFT, for those stay west is super far. Also last time can still catch last ferry 8.30pm now last is 7.20pm, finish work 6pm want go timing super tight, have to check in 1hr before departure means be there by 6.20pm cmi.

Come back HF only once every Fri, should schedule at least twice example like LJ last time Thurs night out Fri morning back, for those dont want take ferry or cannot take due to motion seasick etc.

Was excited for AP to be back, but when feel like go think ferry journey and travel time very sian dont feel like going anymore. From home 1hr travel to TMFT, immigration wait another 1hr, ferry another 1.5hr, to and fro = total 6-7hrs shag out, somemore still have to go Nongsa transit another ferry cannot go direct waste more time. For nostalgia sake may go but only when AP back HF can direct walk up big ship no need take ferry. For me convenience and comfort is priority so cabin is a must not for sleep just to put stuff and use as personal toilet, so price is 78 cheapest online book HF rate + 90 cheapest weekend rate no window cabin = 168 more expensive than just pay day 150 go IR.

AP still have lots of room to improve in order to entice more punters up, simple logic cheap and convenient sure more will go, otherwise there's always other alternatives.

Fatty is definitely not running the show

meanwhile Over at the AP side those
returning via yesterday 545pm ferry from AP were boarded since 515pm were asked
to disembarked and wait for the last 845pm ferry from AP to Nongsa .

reason given , transit ferry at Nongsa got engine problem.

finally , hundred took last Ap ferry at 845pm and disembarked at Tmft at 10.30pm.

instead of usual 2 got 3 coaches waiting
to do ferry service to bedok mrt.

hope Fatty is aware.

Not acceptable and danger to

Strongly agree , 8.30pm ferry to AP should come back , this is for those after work wanna to give a fight , 12pm ferry also needed , this timing is golden time ferry , going back 5.45pm is crazy , either skip dinner or rush to eat , by that time also not so hungry , 6.45pm back is very suitable. Fake rebate also is mad , ban smoking really make me laugh ,overall many punter were excited the cruise came back and will give support in beginning, but if the things don't get improve can see some punter eventually give up or just visit lesser.

Hear say " transit ferry " from Nongsa encountered engine problem yesterday. Management took safety precaution by cancelling that particular trip .

Better safe than sorry of having loads of passengers stranded in the middle of high seas.

Sister Sally, we understand that something unpredictable but the quick response by Ap is much needed, may be a freebie to those affected will definitely can win a praise , also AP management must aware those existing problems, fake rebate, ferry timing ,totally ban smoking else they will continue to see their dealers all sitting chit chat without customer plays.

Either you go or stop onboard their casino. Singapore has 2 casinos easy access 24/7 no ferry just by walk, MRT and Grab service within 30 from your place to enjoy your games either MBS or RWS.
