No summons for this diplomat's car parked along double yellow lines
A STOMPer saw a diplomat's car parked along double yellow lines and wondered why the driver did not receive a summons for this illegal act.

"Why are diplomats' cars allowed to park at double yellow lines but do not receive summons?
"The driver was seen parking there and having his lunch.
