By the way nothing much to do so went to HomePro take a look at some stuff, went in and out in 5mins. HomePro here is baanok baanok, the store lighting is not so bright and items likie refrigerators, washing machines, airconditioners all very limited. Think I better do my shopping in Bangkok.

You should go Baan & Beyond @ Pattaya South, next to Big C. Or my favourite Index Living Mall and its sister company, Bo Concept.

There are some nice interesting hotels in the Soi leading to Sanctuary of Truth in Naklua. The place feels like a new enclave.

Baan and Beyond is a new concept by Central Departmental Store after they failed in their Homeworks which is a direct competition to Homepro although their Thai Watsadu (Hardware) is highly successful. Pattaya's Homeworks was the first to be converted followed by Phuket I believe. I've never been to Baan and Beyond.

I just realised that I may have gone to the wrong HomePro. Saw a big one along Sukhumvit next to Boonthavorn. This Boonthavorn is pretty well stock. I like.

Yes, I was going to tell you that. Especially since you have a car and need parking space, those superstores along Sukhumvit will be ideal.

If you are looking for furniture, please also try "Chic Republic" along Sukhumvit, between Thepprasit and Pattaya South. The interior is very nice and big, very hiso.

Preecha seafood@baan ampher closed from 4 to 18 june (2 weeks). Bang Saray branch dont know closed or not. Later will go check out.

Upgrade to daily rental stall in market liaoz. No more roadside, no more hot sun. Still monitoring customers volume. If not much customers, will have to keng other things.
