2 days only, today and tomorrow. Sell Ubon Sausage aka Moo Yor behind floating market (not inside). Quite good margin. Invest 50-50 with friend. Have to sell a third of stock, the rest is profit. Need to pay some commissions to bus driver/guide if their tour groups buy. Have to loon the tin gong as now alittle bit sky black black.









Have to write down the bus number to keep track of commisions because too many tour buses and mini bus liaoz.

Thanks for pointing out. Copy word for word from friend's auntie who using a permanent signboard.

Overall, not bad, managed to sell almost all. A pity have to abandoned many sales because not enough small changes and also many will pay in RMB. Many will give 1000 baht or 500 baht. Have to go to ATM(quite far) and press 400 baht many times to get the 100 baht notes. The other hawkers very experience liaoz. Prepare stacks of 100 baht thick thick.

Only have less than 3 minutes per bus. Bus stops with tourist who just visited floating market. Bring goods up the bus. Sells and alight the bus and board next bus. Thats why have to prepare the small changes beforehand. Driver and guide will not wait.

I would say its quite profitable but only left tomorrow one more day to sell as friend auntie will take over once she come back from Ubon.

See? Siam kia and foreigners all same price, 25 baht per packet. Friend initially want to sell 35 (3 for 100 baht) for Tiongs and 25 bahts for siam kias. I insisted one price for all.

Seems that mango sticky rice is number one seller among all, follow by fried banana and sweet potato. Cutted fruits and rambutans also sell very fast.

No restriction on what can sell or cannot sell except durian, som tam pla raa (fermented fish som tam) and cold beverages. First two because of the smell, cold beverages because have their own people sell already and also , to prevent conflict among hawkers, cannot sell what other hawkers already selling.

Edit: profit today dont know enough to buy 2 bottles of sk2 skin whitening cream or not? Tomorrow better wear long sleeves like other hawkers.

Latest in Siam Lor social media. Songkran celebrations, Lao auntie go and scold kid for splashing water on her red license plate (pai daeng) car. Pai Daeng is temporary license plate for new car. Use lot of see people no up language.

Father of kid apologise many times to lao auntie politely. The father can be seen wearing quite humble clothing (farmer style) and driving an old pickup. When the tv stations go interview the kid father, turn out he is owner of 108 rai plantation.

Be frank, today before noon, partner almost wanted to pack up and balek but another hawker told me after lunch, very good. True enough, after lunch, quite good business until forget the sun.

Now, need to improve the cina and england signboard for tomorrow. Many tiongs asked whether sausage have 防腐 preservatives? If got opportunity to sell again, will add sor lian languages. Kns, today forgot about sor lian kia tour bus.

These Chinese tourists have limited time break. So there will go for food kiosks with signage which there can understand . Your descriptions for your food should be sufficient to attract their attentions. Good luck bro.

From the video, I could only hear old auntie say he wasn't interested in the child kneeling down to apologize. She just wanted the father to teach the son to behave properly.

Right. Actually the way she put it is she refuse to accept the apologies. Ask father to teach son is sort of insult that the father didn’t bring up son properly.

Very hard to say. Depending on the type of land deed he has over the 108 rai of land. If he have Chanote aka Nor Sor 4 land deed, its possible that 1 rai worth 1 million or even more, as Chanote (Nor Sor 4) is 100% true land ownership and has no restriction on use of land, and can be subdivided.

If just a ordinary Sor Kor 1, can buy and sell (not sure can divide or not). Confirm not possible to worth 1 rai 1 million. Probably around 40000-100000 per rai.

If Sor Por, cannot buy or sell, only for agricultural but can be inherited. Most farmers have Sor Kor and Sor Por but not many have chanote.

Actually siam kias guys not so crazy about benz or bmw compare to ladies. Hilux, yes. Pickup is sort of a necessity in farming business.

Many Siam kias farmers will spend their windfall on two other things, women and gambling.

Think tomorrow cannot play water liaoz. Continue to sell sausage but at different location (new lobang from the fruit seller at floating market).

Hint: very famous landmark in pattaya. Last time when there were not so many tall buildings in pattaya, this building was used as a reference point for those who got lost. Also mentioned this building a few times before in earlier posts.
