Here's some tips on Pattaya Condo properties as I will be getting a 1 bed-room unit soon but have not finalized the location.

1. Get sea-view units if possible. Need no further explanations.
2. Make sure the projects have sufficient parking lots. Many completed projects looked nice but do not have enough parking lots.
3. Take your time to pick the ideal location/project. The property agents here are no different from those in Sinking Land and will present only the good things to you.
4. If possible, stay here for a longer period to get a 'feel' of the property market.
5. There are some good bargain when foreigner owners decided to pack up and need to sell the property in a short time.

I no gik lah. For myself. After staying here for some time, have accumulate lot's of stuff. Think time to get one of my own. In worst case that i don't stay, just take it as a big storeroom to store my things.

Was in OT last week for some pints with the blokes. Not been there for ages, but saw plenty russkies in Naughty Girls pole dancing. Work from 2200 to 0500. But quality sucks, just shift their toes only. Tried to scrounge LDs and even pizza from customers. So I replied nyet too
