A Singaporean's guide to living in Thailand

Jah going to work is not macham holiday la like you see my post yesterday I started journey from early morning and getting stuck in the aircraft for 2hrs and ended in hotel at 1am and dinner at that time. Not easy bro. Very tiring. Oh I'll be in states for 17 days but them to and fro total 19 days.

Getting stuck on the tarmac is part of air travel, pii. Nothing you can do about it - always have something else to do - for me, I'd use the time to work and catch up on emails if possible.

You are certainly racking up lots of miles. Business travel is tiring indeed. I, myself, will be hitting 83k miles end of June. Sian.

Arun Sawats Dee.

A little on travelling. During younger days (after ROD), love travelling overseas for work, especially coming to LOS. :D Food and accommodation all fully paid by company. As a junior staff during that time, was even "arrowed" by seniors to travel to less popular destinations including countries where alcohol is prohibited
As time goes by, the travelling became much tiring and less exciting.

Like YY mentioned in another post, waking up in the morning and took awhile to figure out where I am. Another thing also is upon return, need to submit expense claims, used to have issues with the accounting department over receipts or invalid receipts. For example, taxi rides in LOS only have informal handwritten receipts. Most jialat one is lost receipts for high value entertainment expense. :*:

And fast forward to now, still enjoy travelling for holiday and definitely not the long haul trips. I enjoy driving in the upcountry for the scenery.

Sorry buddy show something exciting sure kenna ban just can tell I met one of the most beautiful creature there and we're having supper now.

She came in alone very cool and confident and totally plain without any makeup but very beautiful. My sales manager cannot get his eyes off her. Here's the cropped pic of her (head on my shoulder, pic in dark place so not as nice as you actually face to face with her).
Above 18 or not? Got check ID boh?

Accident along Sukumvit Road. Very common here but good news is there will always be plenty of people to help.

There's no such Singlish term as Thai kia whether one frequents Thailand or runroad there or even if one is native Thai.

The terms are Siam kia (male) and Siam boo (female).

Here's my dinner. Bah Mee Giow/Moo Daeng. OK, this one cost THB50. Consider expensive because other stalls is only THB 35 for piset (Big).

That's why the last few days, you will see a lot of people buying fans and A/C at the shopping malls. Was at Chonburi (60 KM away) this afternoon, and the place seems to be much cooler than Sin City.

This is one of my favorites in Thailand, whether 35 or 50 bht. This serving looks worth the while for the higher end.

On closer look, think the Nissan Almera is not bad looking. At least better than vios.
