A Singaporean's guide to living in Thailand

Thailand a bit slow in LED technology. Must export some to Thailand :)

Over here we even have LED shower spray :) It turns red when the water is too hot, and blue when it's normal. I am not sure if it's available in Thailand or even Singapore.
You are right. But I think they choose not to use LED cos' more work for them as they rather use off the shelf fluorescent.

Bro, you should know the typical Thais better. If something is expensive and 'free', they will like it. And give them sugar and creamer, they will like it. The Thais are not really coffee aficionado.
Hehehe. This one I not worry. All my staff are drinking Kangzen (MLM) Sugar Free Ginseng Slimming Kopi.

Thinking of mom's home meatballs which she sure make during chinese new year. So in Thailand I must call her to ask for recipe to make myself.
This one I think can also make into the flat version like the one used for Suki in MK and Coca restaurant. Maybe can sell them the recipe leh?

But P'Joe, I like the soup kway teow fishball in BKK, i love the soup very much, it is much more tasty than SG 1.

every morning I will go to this street stall and eat when I'm at BKK, LOL
ALMK, the secret to the kway teow soup in LOS is:

Hehehehe. I also cheat. :D This one will taste exactly the same as the real thing but will get thirsty if drink too much soup. :p

Traffic jam everywhere this evening so just had my dinner at Fuji with GF. Order Plu Ard (Crab Stick) and Shashimi set, Tempura Udon and potato Po Piah and of course hot sake to go with the shashimi. Both myself and GF are light eaters so only ordered these few dishes.

Bro, you can always teach the Thai cook what to cook. They can "custom make" the dishes for you. I remember I taught one of them how to cook our black char kway teow to taste about 80% like our local char kway teow. That was with another restaurant.

Now with my condo's restaurant, it's even more convenient.

Pii KYP I don't have patience to teach so I DIY better. And after maid see me do she will know how to do next time. This one my choice.

Talk about cooking mum's food, last week my mum and I tried to cook braised duck together, quite fun :)

Sure boy boy sure

This is something which like fire extinguisher. Good to have but hope no need to use it. My old office was broken into twice by FTs so I a llittle paranoid when it comes to property and personal safety.

Pii Chon, please believe me please don't use the sword for any emergency, its very messy and the scene you not like to remember, please choose something cleaner like a Glock.
