You guys are really missing the forest for the trees. Do you know how much bonus the ministers get when GDP goes up beyond expectations? What is this 8 months bonus for some people earning below $10K per month?

1) If only 2 at the center were givne 8 months bonus then why were the others givne less. Were these two incharge of the economy of Singapore even though they were working for the center which has a smaller area of interest?

2) If everyone at the center were given 8 months bonus then why did the PA also not give other employees at other centers 8 months bonus?

3) How much bonus did Teo get?

The next time your boss give you a 13th month annual bonus, tell him that 12 months of salary is good enough already beause you work for 12 months only.
