Chitchat 70 yo still ride motosikal and died

Oppies need to be opened about this and question pap directly on this.
They are directly killing people on the road.

Tell the ministers that implementing coe to control the number of vehicles on the road is a pure fat lie to collect more money.

Instead controlling the issuance of license is what you should be doing.
Issue license only to who truly deserves it and the number of car owners will automatically be put under control.

Fuck PAP, anyhow issue IC Pass License to foreigners with opaque criteria

Sinkies financial aid criteria somehow very strict

His death is no big deal because the driver was LICENSED, the car was REGISTERED and everything was INSURED!

The family would have been far more upset if he had been hit by a cyclist.
If I am not Wrong, the victim can only claim for motor damages. Not personal/medical/ injuries or death.
Having said that, guy died a warriors death. Instant. No need to suffer months in hospital bed.
The family can file a civil suit for death of victim. But legal fees plus years in courts may deter such thoughts.

Isn't it just much easier to

MIGRATE?

The stinking cheebai was probably sucking a dick in the car when she ran the man down. How she couldn't see the rider is beyond fathom.
That 70-year-old biker must have been riding carefully all these years to reach that age, yet all it takes is one daydreaming woman who may have been busy on her mobile phone, to end his life.

She reminds me of that Saab driver, Muhammad Syafie Ismail who caused 2 deaths in Tampines. He was nonchalantly messaging away while seated and waiting for the police and ambulance to arrive after causing the fatal accident.

But @Hypocrite-The says that as long as drivers are licensed and insured and their cars are registered the victims have no cause for concern.

This victim no longer has cause for concern here on earth.

There is more than one victim in any accident. When one of your loved ones ends up dead because of the callous behavior of another human you'll understand where I am coming from. I have been through this hell. You NEVER fully recover till the day you join the one that was killed.

Some 30 years ago I had already discovered it is fucking dangerous to ride in sg and since then kept the license in storage.
My very first motosikal accident was my own carelessness that I skidded my yamaha fz150 and broke my own femur.
I never gave up riding as it was too much of a hobby to give up and the attractiveness you can be seen going around with all kinds of fanciful helmets.

But one fine day, I realised being a defensive rider is of no use when there are many road killers around me. I never squeezed in between vehicles at any high speed. Only did it during a traffic jam with slow moving traffic. I never ride besides any heavy vehicles at all times.
But one fine day I was knocked behind by a killer driver while making a discretion right turn, therefore causing me to move forward by several metres towards an oncoming traffic . I didn't suffered any injuries but I would have died that day if the incoming vehicle happened to reach my spot.
After that day i started to contemplate surrendering the skipper. And a few days later while riding to work as usual, I met 1 of my mudland colleague riding on the same road leading to our workplace. And I checked my side mirror and saw him knocked down by some killer driver.

Immediately the next day I sold the skipper.

Over the last 3 decade, the road is getting more and more danger each day.

I will tell those youngster if you want to ride, what for you plan so much for your future, you probably will not have a future de woh.

There are many bikers who straddle 2 lanes or weave in and out of traffic at high speed on the expressways. They are a nuisance to even law abiding drivers like me.

Only law abiding road users like you, and myself, should be issued a valid driving license.
I had not even used the horn for once in my years of driving.
I just find there is not really a point to horn at people unless really necessary.
I know sometimes even when light turn green, some drivers will be still dreaming and didn't moved their arse, but I will give it 2 secs instead of horning immediately and they usually move their arse by the 2nd secs.
So over many years of driving I hadn't got any chance to use it at all.

Not say I want to boast.
A clear cut valid license holder like me gets

7 demerit points during driving test, and actually is 0-2 points. But the tester told me he cannot give me 0 points so he just anyhow marked a subjective 2 points and add another 5 points for things I didn't commit. He told me is just procedural and he agreed I'm near perfect and asking me to keep up with this driving skills and attitude.

Then I really received an official 0 demerit points during my driver instructor course.
The instructor course was of much higher difficulty level than a regular driver license test and I achieved perfect score. The tester tapped my shoulder and said WELL DONE!
What more can I say?

Actually to be fair for the testee

An in car cam is necessary, becos the testers are all old farts and at times depending on their mood, they anyhow deduct points.

Take for instance during my driving test, he said I didn't checked blindspot before moving off during the parallel parking.
I checked but probably either he forgotten or his eyes was looking away while I was checking.
Since he personally told me I'm near perfect I didn't want to pursue such matter.
I could have told him a swear of violent death if I didn't checked.

Tips for new testee, I told my students to verbally say it out, blind spot check. Like we always did in NS, to echo.
