i try to get my good employees PR and citizenship as soon as possible, they are hardworking and i need the ratio

Why bother? If they are "good" they will move on to something better

You do not need rocket science to deduce the reason as to why so many qualified and educated foreigners are "encouraged" to work and settle here as citizens and PRs.

The paramount reason is the extremely low birth rate and the increase in the number of aged Singaporeans coupled with the increase in the number of singles and divorcees here.

These younger foreigners will be replacement and will form a significant backbone to "support" and equalise the rapidly aging population here.

As it is, there are only 2.3 million citizens here and 750,000 of them are already senior citizens.:(

YOu read carefully what you are writing there. The foreigners who come to sinkieland to work is because they worry for the low birth rate of sinkieland as thought it is their main concern and they are willing to come here to patch up the population numbers?????

If i am the foreigner, why do i care if your country has high or low birth rate? I mean based on the reason of the foreigner himself and not the reason of your govt. The whole world do not revolve ard sinkieland.
