ddp? i think you meant dpp. paiseh, i only mata mata not dpp.
police's cardinal role is to investigate if foul play was involved. nothing difficult. in this particular case, MOM will also be investigating on safety aspects and related matters. police will be in court for CI.
HA? are u sure? East west Line driverless? dont any how say
It just showed how smart all those old-birds hiding in SMRT are.
On pretext of OJT, these 2 young, new-birds were sent on highly life-threatening tasks. And were sent to their deaths!
So where along the line, someone dropped the ball in ensuring on-coming trains are warned of track inspection, or even halted.
And in broad daylight with a train driver right in front. With so clear a view, why doesn't the driver applied emergency brake when train is still slowly pulling out if station? Brakes failed too or driver sleeping? More likely emergency brakes failed as train just pulled out of station.
Let's wait and see how the saga unfold. Worst case, some junior supvisors will be 'severely warned'.
Life goes on in SMRT thereafter with their CEO collecting millions without even moving their fingers in this case.
SAF not sueable,SMRT ditto?high risk workers sign indemnity to absolve SMRT of all mismanagement??
U BET!!!
Dun be stewpig.....trains are all driverless now
tks for info . typo error i meant dy Supt of police when u were with ASP Murali
Smrt ran over its own staff
Paper general to resign? Or just get verbal warning then move on it's bonus time again
MOM must be very busy with so many safety related accidents
