My proposal is that ICA should provide an on line database whereby any client can log on and check the details of all foreigners who are currently on the island.

This would enable a fair and simple "due diligence" procedure with the official seal of approval that the courts would recognise.

The WP should bring this up in Parliament and pursue the issue. If the ICA refuses, it can only mean that the govt is not interested preventing crimes of this nature but instead, is party to an "entrapment" scheme.
