I am not sad for the rich as they go poorer.

Only sad for the poor especially those who never been rich.

The YOG crowd are mostly teenagers with little spending power. Many are from 3rd world countries.

So I don't see how they can boost spending in Spore

Singapore give them allowances and give them free shopping at 2000 dollar a day.

Ehh, are you joking or serious. Citizens must wait for an election to receive only a few hundred :(

It is Kopitiam group food court.

When they lost money they up rentals for remaining stalls next round. @ Central Mall 4th floor they are similarly doing poor business.

I'll worry if there are no vacant shops, there have to be some excesses.

Are you fucking worried of the vacant seat of Bk Batok in parliament? It is 7th month and Ong Chit Chong may return to vote?:eek:

All the 82 seat are fucking excesses. I only need Chiam & Low there.

;)

This is yet another video follow up after these:

I was there twice recently. Really found the situation there had worsened badly.

It was busy and crowded when it was newly opened, every stalls were rented out at high prices and Kopitiam Banquet Group bid their record high rentals to get that building under their flag.

It is now gone and very hopelessly gone.

SengKang Square's huge Kopitiam food mall located next to Compassvale/LRT/MRT in the north of Singapore had been reported to be on record highest rental bid by Kopitiam Banquet Group. This was recorded on 10th September 2010 showing most of it's stalls closed and businesses ceased.
Stalls owes rentals and utility bills and are now being sued by Kopitiam Group and power and waters at stalls are cut-off. This is exposure against falsehood of EXCELLENT ECONOMY forged by Singapore's PAP / Lee Kuan Yew Regime. 新加坡咖啡店集团,生意惨淡经营。租金超高。踢爆经济良好假局。

TS just bought a new video camera and make good use of it is it?

I don't think the government in any countries will correct rent prices like what you wish

If the owners cannot lease out their lots, they have to reduce their prices accordingly.

Not if there are only a few mall owners like there are in SG. Papy companies own most of the malls here. They are not true entrepreneurs and there is no free competition. They are also not accountable to the taxpayers. SO they just let the stores go on being empty.

The GDP up by 15% has a large part to do with new FTs and housing related sales. It is not due to true economic strength of the economy creating wealth.
