Employers see everything, from when you clock in, how many online meetings you have, the meeting transcripts, how many deals you close, when you take smoke break, down to what you click and what you type.
So they come up with all kinds of parameters....revenue per headcount, value per hour etc etc
Corporate life today is unkind to humans
