Yours should be just normal Cluster house lah, about 2400sqf which cost about 500k 2 yrs ago. ND semi-D is about 3000sqf which cost about 800k then.

your unit should worth about 600k now if 8D precinct was fully sold. So moving from corner 600k to a dream inter-unit 800k is not a wise move. further more you are now Queen of 8D, with own facebook & most people there look up upon you. Moving to your dream home will sure have another new set...

Any cash deposite over 10k, will just need to fill in a form stating the reason will do. If your housing loan is with the same bank, they won't question further. Most of the bank will have a special private room that cater for customer with huge amount of cash, so it wont be visible to others...

As it's not HQ, so shop house is sufficient for the branch office. Some bank like Scotia, RBS, UOB they do take up few 3 storey unit & link together which is quite big for a branch office. With 2 golf course, nearby hypermart, some waterfront living, good mix of shop for commercial...

There are quite a few roads that link to Molek, i believe you may have difficulty in getting there for 1st timer. Molek is a financial district with all the international banks' branch located here. Molek, Austin, Sutera & BI make up the Four heavenly king district in JB.
