I don't think they are very well-skilled and i am not sure if they really want to skill up given that some of them are just so old. They might be contented with their walkie talkies and CCTV screens. But its too labour intensive right now. There is a lot of room to improve the security industry.

I came across this yahoo article on minimum/progressive wage. Sirisly, people can debate all they want. I don't really care. Low income workers just need help and all these talk against minimum wage ain't really helping. Talk less, do more.
